Production of alloy element ions in electrohydrodynamic sources

Description
Peculiarities of phosphorus, boron and aluminium production by means of electrohydrodynamic (EHD) sources with different working bodies: copper phosphorus alloy, Ni45B45Si10 alloy, aluminium are considered. Mass-spectra of beams produced are given. It is sown that the EHD design investigated provides longrange stable generation of alloying element ions, at that emitter production process is rather simple
