Description
In the scope of the experimental program performed at Meppen test site, reinforced concrete slabs are investigated, extremely stressed under the impact of highly deformable projectiles. A main objective of these tests consists in an approvement of theoretically founded methods, which are applied to the treatment of aircraft impact load. Comparative computational investigations are carried out for the analysis of experimental results, using a dynamic, physically nonlinear method. Most of the parameter variations examined at Meppen concern with the design of structural parts, with regard to the relations between bending and shear bearing capacity. (orig./WL)
