Description
To realize the highly integrity of the front end electronics for large area, multi-channel Si-Pin detector, we designed a readout electronic system based on ASIC technology. This article introduced the main features of the ASIC chip and the structure and working principle of the readout system. We tested the readout system, captured a Am-241 spectra with Si-Pin detector.
