Processing technology for wastes from hydrometallurgical uranium facilities and chemical galvanic productions

Main results of research and testing conducted at the All-Russian Research Institute of Chemical Technology in the framework of the comprehensive program aimed at setting up waste-free processes at nuclear industrial enterprises and environmental protection are presented. Technology of sorting waste by radioactivity classes was developed, inventory was taken and potentialities for using the waste after appropriate treatment in civil construction and agriculture were studied relying on the program.
