Description
Polarization changes in the pulsed electric field were studied by means of electroluminescence in crystals of lead magnoniobate model ferroelectric relaxation agent. Occurrence of dependence of electroluminescence pulse amplitude observed at PMN crystal polarization and depolarization on duration of the applied pulses of electric fields was detected if that duration was lower than possible time of polarization stabilization. The obtained results demonstrate the intensive processes of polarization changes
