Description
Sesquisulphides of lanthanum, neodymium, samarium, gadolinium are studied by the Knudsen method under isothermal conditions of evaporation with mass-spectrometric analysis. Composition and partial pressures of basic vapour components are established. Treatment of complete evaporation isotherms permits evaluating oxygen content in the specimens. Standard enthalpies of atomization and formation of sesquisulphides of lanthanum, neodymium, samarium and gadolinium are calculated
