Description
Basing on the original experimental results and literature data the reasons of hardness increase in molybdenum nitride ceramic coating obtained by condensation of vacuum-arc discharge plasma are analysed. Effect of hardness increase is interpreted in terms of nanocrystalline structure formation within molybdenum nitride coating
