Biochemical changes in blood and tissues in case of chronic intake of radionuclides
Creators
Description
Effect of radionuclides chronic intake on the exchange of acetylcholine and histamine was investigated. It is shown, that intermediate exchange disorders, which are one of the organism early responses to the effect of ionizing radiation sources and which result in the accumulation of such biologically active substances, as the mediators, occur at the administration of 137Cs and 90Sr. Practically all physiological systems are involved in the action sphere. The ionizing radiation effect on the bone marrow and thyroid gland results in hestamine-ergetic system, increases DNA and DNP decay intensivity, disrupts cholesterol exchange
