Description

A phenomenological analysis of the decay chain τ→ντ3π is presented. The main application is the tau neutrino helicity measurement recently performed by ARGUS and its model dependence. Implications of the parity violation effect for the τ polarization measurements performed at LEP are investigated. An outlook for future analysis of the axial 3π current is given.
