Macroeconomics and energy: a modeler's impressions

Description

The symbol of the importance of energy for macroeconomics is the abrupt end of the Trente Glorieuses with the first oil shock; macroeconomists then felt the need to take better account of energy in their models, with some even being specifically dedicated to the study of interactions between energy and macroeconomics. It's with these models in mind that I'd like to present a few ideas inspired by a certain practice of energy macroeconomics

Le symbole de l'importance de l'energie pour la macroeconomie, c'est l'arret brutal des Trente Glorieuses lors du premier choc petrolier; les macroeconomistes ont alors ressenti le besoin de mieux prendre en compte l'energie dans les modeles, certains etant meme specifiquement dedies a l'etude des interactions entre energie et macroeconomie. C'est bien sur ces modeles que je veux ici presenter quelques idees que m'inspire une certaine pratique de la macroeconomie de l'energie
