A Bottom-Up Approach to SUSY Analyses

Creators

Description

A new way to perform event generation and analysis in searches for new physics at the LHC is proposed. In particular, a coherent approach to covering the complete SUSY phase space by identifying a small number of eigenmodes each with only a few parameters is presented. By focusing on a systematic understanding of the experimental efficiency space the Bottom-Up Approach allows to maximize the sensitivity in SUSY parameter space.
