Description

This work aims to analyze the physical perturbations in photon beams in small fields to develop correction factors using the Monte Carlo Geant4 Method, in addition to specific objectives such as the bibliographic research on the transport codes of radiation based on Monte Carlo, validation of the simulated beam with the one obtained in an experimental way, simulation of the small volume ionization chamber, used in the National Cancer Institute and creation of perturbation factors for the respective chamber in the Monte Carlo code.
