The performance test of self-made α-β surface contamination detector

Description
This paper studies the self-made of α-β surface contamination detector and tests the performance, such as detection efficiency, detection limit and channel ratio. The results show that the main performance meet the design requirements, but also better than the relevant standards. (authors)
