Prospect of developing modular-HTGR nuclear power plant in China
Description
The progress and feature of modular high temperature gas-cooled reactor (MHTGR) are briefly described. Based on the results of the independent feasibility study of MHTGR nuclear power plant in Chongqing city (Southwest China), the necessity, technical capacity and economics are evaluated. Problems are studied and the way to solve problems are pointed out. The importance and posibility of Sino-foreign joint investment are expounded and the progress in the international co-operation are described
