Assessment of the exposure of population to electromagnetic fields emitted in housings by the 'Linky' communicating meters - Final report, Anses CSTB research and development convention n. 2016-CRD-16 + Comments by Enedis on the CSTB report, Note of the 01/06/2017 addressed to the Anses

Description

A report presents the results of a measurement campaign performed by the CSTB in order to characterise the exposure to electromagnetic fields emitted by the Linky communicating meters, and more particularly: the characterisation of the radiation of electrical cables in which the PLC (power-line carrier) currents emitted by the meter are running, the identification and the in-situ characterisation of PLC communications in nominal operation (frames, frequencies, and so on), and the impact study in terms of exposure levels related to the installation of a Linky meter in a housing. Linky signals are also compared with those emitted by other equipment. A note contains comments made by Enedis regarding some specific points of this report
