Behaviour of effective charges in the curved space with boundaries
Description
It is shown that new effective coupling constants corresponding to parameters of the surface action appear in the quantum field theory in curved space with boundaries. The behaviour of these effective coupling constants in the λΦ4-theory (under conditions of the asymptotic freedom) and in realistic grand unification theories is investigated
