Heat capacity and thermodynamic functions of iron, cobalt, and nickel borides in the range of 5-300 K

Description
Experimental study on temperature dependence of the 3d-elements eight group monoborides (FeB, CoB, NiB) is carried out within the temperature of range of helium up to the room ones. The values of temperature dependent parts of enthalpy, entropy, the Gibbs energy of the borides under study are calculated on the basis of the experimental data. Standard values of the above-mentioned thermodynamic functions are determined. The electronic, lattice and magnetic combinations to the thermal capacity are distinguished
Abstract (Russian)
Проведено экспериментальное исследование температурной зависимости теплоемкости моноборидов 3d-элементов (FeB, CoB, NiB) в области температур от гелиевых до комнатных. По экспериментальным данным рассчитаны величины температурно-зависимых частей энтальпии, энтропии, энергии Гиббса исследуемых боридов. Определены стандартные значения указанных термодинамических функций. Выделены электронный, решеточный и магнитный вклады в теплоемкостьAdditional details
