1. Einführung: Das Experiment GGll/2 besteht aus einer Triokapsel, die je einen Probenträger für 300°C- und einen für 750°C-Bestrahlungen enthält. Der 300°C-Probenträger war unter der Bezeichnung GGll/1 als Rigtest geplant und diente der Bestrahlung von AS2-F-500 und ASI2-F-500 unter PNP-Bedingungen. Außerdem sollte das Bestrahlungsverhalten der beiden Graphitsorten verglichen werden. Während der einjährigen Bestrahlung von GGll/1 (D85-22) wurde eine Fluenz von 99 9 ca. 0,4 - 0,7 x 1022 n/cm2 EDN erreicht. Das Experiment lief während dieser Zeit sehr zufriedenstellend, so daß die Toleranzgrenzen für die Bestrahlungstemperatur auf einen Bereich von - 15°C eingeengt werden konnten.Files
