Strong-correlation measurements in quantum mechanics

A general probabilistic characterization of strong-correlation measurements in quantum mechanics is given. The strong-correlation measurements of generalized observables are studied also via their Naimark dilations to usual observables. The structure of the strong value correlation measurements of discrete observables is determined
