Specific features of a fine structure of exciton spectra of CdSe and CdS monocrystals luminescence
Description
Luminescence spectra of single crystals CdSe and CdS have been studied at temperatures of 4.2 and 1.2 deg K. A fine structure is observed in luminescence spectra of the crystals at low excitation powers, this structure is due to processes of exciton-exciton scattering
