Reversible-connected dynistor switch with diode sharpening circuit of switchable current pulses

Description
The principle of the building up the combined semiconductor switch on the basis of the diode block and the block of the reversive-switchable dynistors (RSD), wherein the diode block plays the role of the current pulses sharpener, controlled through the RCD block is considered. The results of testing the combined switch, able of shaping on the 10 Ohm load the voltage pulses with the amplitude of 3.5 kV, front of 10 ns and duration of 1 μs are presented. The ways of increasing the commutation possibilities of the RCD-switches with the diode sharpeners are indicated

Рассмотрен принцип построения комбинированного полупроводникового переключателя на основе диодного блока и блока реверсивно включаемых динисторов (РВД), в котором диодный блок играет роль обострителя импульсов тока, коммутируемых блоком РВД. Представлены результаты испытаний комбинированного переключателя, способного формировать на нагрузке 10 Ом импульсы напряжения с амплитудой 3.5 кВ, фронтом 10 нс и длительностью 1 мкс.
