The simulation of neutron-induced mechanical property changes by light ion bombardment

This short review describes the features of the light ion simulation technique and presents some examples for its application in radiation damage research: irradiation creep, influence of stress on void formation, helium induced high temperature embrittlement under static (creep) and cyclic (fatigue) stresses
