Geophysical conditions at the orbit of ecological satellites

  • 1. St. Petersburg State Univ. (Russian Federation)

Description

Information is given on the parameters of near-earth space in those regions usually traversed by the orbits of ecological satellites. The information refers not only to the quasisteady-state but also to the varying magnetic and electric fields in different frequency intervals. Information is also given concerning the parameters of the cold plasma and the streams of high-energy particles in the earth's magnetosphere and upper ionosphere. 10 refs., 4 figs., 1 tab
