Coefficients of impurity distribution during indium antimonide monocrystal growing under the action of magnetic field on melt

Description

Dependences of effective distribution coefficients (ksub(ef)) of tellurium, cadmium and zinc in indium antimonide crystals on the values of magnetic field, affecting the melt, are studied. It is established, that the value of ksub(ef) for tellurium and cadmium increases noticeably with the field intensity, and that of zinc - decreases. It is assumed that the change in diffusion layer thickness and content of impurities in it at crystallization front is the reason for the dependences detected
