Description
In this article the author identifies causes for deterioration of the environment and advocates a concerted effort to deal with these areas in which there has been basic scientific agreement for nearly fifty years. The author wrote this article to encourage the Netherlands to adopt a program currently underway in Sweden to educate its citizens and encourage participation in a program to address these causes on a personal level
