Structure and electrical properties of Li-Bi-Se thin films
- 1. National Technical University 'KPI', Kharkiv (Ukraine)
- 2. University of Technology, Kaiserslautern (Germany)
Description
The results of structural investigations and electric field-induced properties of thin (40-100 nm) Li-Bi-Se films grown onto glass substrates by means of resistive evaporation technique are reported. The experimental investigations of microstructure and phase composition of thin films by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and electron diffraction methods are carried out. The experimental current-voltage dependencies and charge carriers transport are discussed.
