Infrared spectra, dielectric properties and atomic charges in crystal fluorides of the 3th group metals

Description

The refractive indices, dielectric constants and infrared spectra have been measured for trifluorides of aluminium, scandium, gallium, ittrium, and indium. Optical properties have been analysed with due regard for anisotropy, effective atom charges have been calculated according to Szigeti and compared with calculated values by the method of electronegativity
