Early nephrographic phase of intravenous urography in diagnosis of some renal diseases accompanied by arterial hypertension

Description

A method of obtaining arterial and early nephrographic phases within the ranges of intravenous urography is described. In all 135 patients have been examined, and no complications observed. Three periods of the early nephrographic phase development were distinguished: the cortical, the cortico-medullary, and the venous. Radiologic characteristics of the early nephrographic phase is presented in patients with parenchymatous and vascular damage of the kedneys accompanied by arterial hypertension
