Description

The thermal conductivity of YBaCuO is theoretically investigated using various type of scattering mechanisms namely; combined boundary scattering, impurity scattering, anharmonic phonon processes, dislocation scattering and impurity scattering below and above Tc. The objection of additivity of inverse relaxation time has been replaced by frequency (energy) line widths. (author)
