Description
In order to promote fundamental muon/neutrino physics and applied muon science, advanced muon beam production is highly requested. The following directions are given for the future muon beam: (1) ultra-slow μ+ beam for surface studies; (2) high-intensity surface μ+ beam for further general-purpose applications; (3) μ+ micro-beam for life science studies; (4) super-super muon beam for a new type of neutrino factory and (5) super-super μ- beam for kW μCF reactor
