Description
This paper describes the meteorological characteristics of Korean nuclear power sites by using the integral parameters developed by Allwine and Whiteman. Meteorological data of the four nuclear power sites measured for two years, 2004 and 2005, were analyzed. The integral quantities related to the occurrence of stagnations, recirculations and ventilations in the air were estimated. The obtained results show that the four nuclear sites in Korea are suitable for a nuclear site from the meteorological aspects
