Type test and calibration of personal dosemeters
Description
Based on the required accuracy for individual monitoring put forward by ISO, the uncertainty requirement has been deduced for personal dosemeters dependence on response of energy and incidence angle of radiation. Also discussed are some issues presented by ISO 4037-3 in type test of personal dosemeter, including phantom, reference point, conversion coefficient and secondary charged particle equilibrium and so on. Approximate methods and principle which may be used in routine calibration are briefly introduced
