Optical processes in Cd1-xMnxTe wide-gap semimagnetic semiconductors

Description
The reflection,photo-, piezo-, magnetoluminescence and resonance Raman scattering in widegap semimagnetic semiconductors Cd1-xMnxTe (0≤x≤0.7) are studied for different temperatures and excitation regimes. The experimental results are interpreted by the scheme of energy levels, taking into account d- and band state hybridization
