This document describes a precision level/density scanner built to provide very accurate tank contents measurement for an experimental plant safeguards system. The measurement method, pneumatic multiplexer sequencing, and system operation are described together with the testing and maintenance procedures for the pneumatic multiplexer system. The appendix includes lubrication charts, troubleshooting information, and a pneumatic signal list
