Description
A way of investigating the phase composition of inhomogeneous samples by clusterization of the data of quantitative electron-probe microanalysis and application of the principal components method to this data was described. The results of the investigation of the high-temperature superconductor ceramics Bi-Pb-Sr-Ca-Cu-O and Tl-Ba-Ca-Cu-O were given as an example. 12 refs., 4 figs., 1 tab
