Electron, hole and exciton spectra and wave functions in single opened spherical nanoheterosystem
- 1. Chernyivets'kij natsyional'nij unyiversitet, Chernyivtsyi (Ukraine)
Description
For the nanosystem HgS/CdS/HgS there have been performed the calculations and analysis of the peculiarities of energy spectra in the wide range of energies and respective lifetimes of excitons. It is shown that when the sizes of the nanosystem are not bigger than twenty-thirty lattice constants, a dependence of the low energy part of exciton spectra and lifetimes on the radius of quantum dot is similar for the different quantum numbers of the electron (ne) having a tendency to the 'quasi degeneration' of lifetimes
