Description

The IAEA programme on high dose standardization for radiation processing is designed to standardize dosimetry worldwide so as to further develop dosimetry in the form of quality control and assurance measures. Timely initiation of the programme made it possible to meet stringent demands for reliable dosimetry in high dose applied research and the radiation processing industry. The paper summarizes and reviews the numerous achievements made towards the goal of this unique programme, which started 13 years ago. (author). 2 refs, 2 figs, 3 tabs
