Thermo depolarization of Mn-doped Bi12SiO20 crystals
- 1. Dnepropetrovskij Gosudarstvennyj Univ., Dnepropetrovsk (Ukraine)
Description
Thermally stimulated depolarization currents are investigated in Mn-doped Bi12SiO20 crystals in the temperature range of 300-800 K. The measurements are performed changing the concentration of Mn in the region μ = 0.007 - 1 mass.%, polarization voltage temperature Tp = 300 + 523 K, polarization voltage Up = 90 + 750 V. The activation energy, change located on defects during the polarization process, and relaxation kinetics are determined. It is shown that an increase in the concentration of Mn changes the spatial charge by the dipole mechanism of polarization
