Electric conductivity of materials and cation composition of principal phases in (La, Ca)(Co, Mn)-MgO system
Description
The results of study of (La, Ca)(Co, Mn)O3-MgO system, contianing highly conductive and dielectric components, are given. It is shown that in (La, Ca)(Co, Mn)O3-MgO system during high-temperature synthesis there occurs active Co diffusion into MgO. It results in the cation composition variation of the basic phases and sharp decrease of electric conductivity
