The main focus of the presentation is on the application of sealed radiation sources in Norway. There are 4 areas of particular importance in this respect, partly due to the number of sources involved, and partly to the size of the sources used. These areas are: irradiation facilities, industrial radiography, offshore logging and industrial gauges
