Spatial structure of extensive air showers near the axis

Description

The spatial structure of the extensive air showers has been investigated. The tests have been staged on the 400 scintillation counter installation. It has been shown, that spatial distribution of the extensive air showers in the vicinity of the axis does not vary in case of the Nsub(e) electron number showers in the 105-106 range. The share of the showers having a clear-cut multicore structure is approximately 3% with Nsub(e) >= 2x105
