Biological effectiveness of autoantibody preparations given to rats damaged with tritium oxide

Description

Homologous globulin (5 mg) containing normal autoantibodies increases the survival rate of rats both at early and later times after administration of tritium oxide (0.6 μCi/g). The average life span of treated animals was 60-day longer than that of the controls. The same globulin dose given to intact rats increases by 71 days their average life span as compared to biological controls
