A device and a procedure have been developed for computer processing evaluation of spark soUrce mass spectra which make it possible to extend the linear range of photographic emulsion calibration graphs and to reduce the analysis errors. It was shown that the dependence of the photographic emulsion sensitivity on the ion mass was much Weaker than it was belieVed earlier
