The continuous measurement of iodine 125 using a liquid scintillation counter

Description

For continuous detection of iodine-125, the liquid is circulated through a catheter, part of which is coiled within the well of a vial containing a scintillating liquid. The apparatus is placed between the two photomultipliers of a liquid scintillation counter. Counting efficiency is 42%. (author)
