Description
Using coulomb-static and double impulse galvanostatic me-- thods effect of the adsorption of the tret-butanol, tret-butanecarbonic acid and tret-butylamine on kinetics of Cd(2) electroreduction from acid electrolytes has been studied. Interaction between the reagent in cation form and organic surfactants (OS) resulting in electrode process inhibition, is of additive nature, and contribution of separate constituents is determined by the nature of OS functional group. When chlorine anions are introduced into electrolyte inhibition effect of OS is preserved and at THETAsub(OS)=const it is determined by the change of surface concentration of specifically adsorbed haloid-ions
