Research on microwave property of high-Tc superconductive resonator

Description
The microwave property of high-Tc superconductive resonator, especially the surface resistance and the magnetic field penetration depth were discussed. The value of them were measured and the relationship between surface resistance and temperature was also studied. The microwave system utilizes a parallel plate high-Tc superconductive resonator consisted of YBa2Cu3O7 films and sapphire layer inside
