Effect of additions of lithium fluoride and carbonate on crystal structure and properties of material on the basis of YBa2Cu3O7-x

Description
It is shown that alloying of the rhombic phase of 1-2-3 by lithium fluoride and carbonate leads to a nonlinear dependence of superconducting, structural and thermal properties on the addition concentration X. The dependence has maximum Tc at X=0.15. 11 refs.; 4 figs.; 1 tab
