Cytogenetic effects in lymphocytes of people residing in radionuclide contaminated territories and patients with acute leukemia

Description
During examination of values chromosome aberrations of adults and children residing in radionuclide contaminated territories and patients with acute leukemia was received cytogenetic effects typical for radiation (significant increase in the occurrence frequency of disenterics and rings). By patients with acute leukemia was shown the high level of mutagenesis and proliferation of lymphocytes and accumulation of cells with micronucleus and signs of apoptosis. (Authors)
