Wave characteristics of a film on a nozzle blade under unsteady flow-about
- 1. Moskovskij Ehnergeticheskij Inst. (USSR)
Description
Amplitude and frequency characteristics of a film wave surface on a nozzle blade of a wet-steam turbine are investigated. The main frequencies of periodically unsteady external flow, forming the film wave surface, are determined experimentally. The calculation of the external flow rate periodic constituent variation in the boundary layer is made. The main characteristics of the film wave flow in the range of the intial flow humidity of 0.4-20 % are presented. Energy losses in the nozzle grid with the change in the film vibration amplitude are determined. Periodic wave flow of the film on the surface of the nozzle blade, determined as a result of the investigation, permits to describe mathematically the interface for the calculation of parameters of two-phase flow in interblade channels and to predict additional energy losses
