On the average cosine of polar angle of photons reflected from water

Description
For incident photon energies of 40, 60 and 100 keV, the average cosine of polar angle of photons reflected from water is treated in this paper. Values are calculated based on Monte Carlo simulation data of photon reflection obtained by the MCNP code. It is found that total average cosine of polar angle has the value corresponding to the reflection angle of 480 approximately and does not depend on the photon initial energy
Abstract (Serbian)
U radu je razmatran srednji kosinus polarnog ugla fotona reflektovanih od vode za energije incidentnih fotona od 40, 60 i 100 keV. Vrednosti su racunate na osnovu podataka dobijenih Monte Karlo simulacijama fotonske refleksije pomocu programa MCNP. Pokazano je da bez obzira na inicijalnu energiju fotona totalni srednji kosinus polarnog ugla ima priblizno konstantnu vrednost koja odgovara uglu refleksije od 480Files
